1. Returns & Refunds
Our top priority is the satisfaction of our customers! We guarantee a 100% satisfaction rate with our merchandise. If you find the quality of the merchandise you receive to be unsatisfactory, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement of the merchandise value within 30 days of the purchase date.
The Art Bar will refund the full merchandise value up to 30 days from the time of purchase. Our customer service representative must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the product in question.
To ensure a smooth return or resolution process, we kindly ask that you provide us with detailed images and a description of the product concerns you have. Additionally, please let us know your preferred solution for addressing the issue. Send this information to us via email at: Emily@theArtBarGVL.com.
To expedite processing, we recommend items be returned within 30 days of receipt and in their original packaging and resalable condition.
Return products are the responsibility of the customer unless: a) The Art Bar is notified within 7 days of receipt, AND b) the item received arrived damaged, OR c) the item received was not what was ordered. The Art Bar is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Custom artwork is an exception and shipping will be based on your specific order. Shipping times for custom artwork can be located within the listing. The Art Bar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is canceled prior to shipment or an error was made on our part.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, we may have already begun processing your order. If you need to make changes, please contact us at Emily@theArtBarGVL.com as soon as possible.
4. Payment
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway.
5. Security
Our site is hosted on a secure third-party platform, Wix, which is PCI DSS compliant and known for its robust eCommerce security. While we do our best to protect your personal data, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We recommend using a secure password for your account and not sharing it with others.
